Consider the boy your personal trainer. Epcot just slipped this workout tape under the door after ringing the bell for about 15 minutes. His regimen this month equates to a cyberhythmic treadmill burning out its motor with top selections. Recent champions, modern classics, and new gems all share space here with a mature and fluid pace. We make a dumb face when Epcot controls the Allen & Heath, now we can do it in the privacy of our own slums.
If you’re in SF, get up with Epcot next week as he changes direction once again to spit live grime (while he DJs) at Mighty on October 22nd with Comma, Ana Sia, and Kraddy. And if you nap through that one, he’ll be doing a rare performance of his master vocal opera Heroes (live) at Bottom of the Hill on Nov. 11 with Mike Boo on the plates. Like Ep says, “My team is strong.”
